Full-Time or Part-Time Nanny/Family Assistant - Rancho Santa Fe, CA
Family in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a seasoned, proactive, career nanny. Their 3 sweet kiddos are ages 3, 1.5, and a brand new baby born in April. This family is looking to add a second nanny to their household team and would love someone who can stay for the next few years. Mom is stay at home and will do the majority of newborn care. Dad is the founder of a company and works outside of the home The position requires a lot of flexibility, a can-do attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond. Their ideal nanny is energetic, has a positive attitude, and has a background in early childhood education. Must be comfortable working alongside mom as a team and take direction well. The rate offered for this position reflects the family’s high expectations of their nannies and they are willing to compensate generously for your hard work and dedication. Bonus if you share the family’s Catholic faith.

Rancho Santa Fe, CA
Schedule and Hours:
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 10-12 hour shifts (30-36 hours per week)
Option to work only some Saturdays, but must be open to working Saturdays
Flexibiliity to work more days when needed (for example when the other nanny takes her vacation days)
Rate:
$35-$50 per hour DOE
Benefits:
Guaranteed hours (exact amount guaranteed to be worked out, approximately 30-36 hours per week). Paid time off, holidays and sick days. Open to a health insurance stipend.

Flexible between now and August
Responsibilities:
Engaging 3 year old and 1.5 year old in fun and educational activities daily, prepare meals and snacks, put down for naps, help with baths and bedtime routine. Care for newborn if mom needs a break to take a shower or run an errand. Clean up after yourself and the kids, maintain household standard of tidiness, children’s laundry. Please be flexible to pitch in with whatever is needed on a day to day basis including family assistant type tasks, meal prepping, etc. Must be proactive and able to stay ahead of things. No driving is required at this time.
Requirements:
5 years experience as a full time nanny
Experience with newborns - preschool age and working with multiple children
Strong preference for someone with a degree in Early Childhood Education and/or preschool teaching experience
Flexible, proactive, and a positive can-do attitude
Infant/Child CPR Certified
Able to work legally in the US
TrustLine registered or willing to register, able to pass a background check
Reliable and able to make a long term, multi-year commitment
Strong preference for someone experienced working in UHNW/HP households
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
