La Mano Amiga Corp. is Hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) Near Spring, FL

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding if necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Document patient observations, interventions, and progress in medical records.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

Experience:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Knowledge of tube feeding and hospice care is beneficial.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of patient care.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature to provide emotional support to patients.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently while maintaining patient safety.
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and the ability to assist with them.
