Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Easton, PA (Hybrid Schedule after training)

Pay: $25-30/hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Easton, PA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive attitude. This position will be responsible for various administrative tasks, providing support to different departments, and maintaining a professional office environment. The role offers a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work both remotely and in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workspaces and necessary resources.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including communicating with suppliers, obtaining quotes, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.
  • Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, verifying details such as pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with various departments to determine procurement needs, track inventory levels, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services.
  • Assist in evaluating potential suppliers and products, conducting research to identify cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Maintain organized records of purchases, contracts, and vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders, deliveries, or invoicing in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the finance team to reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and expenses, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience with remote work tools and platforms preferred.
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
