Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. As an assistant Personal Training Director you will be responsible for managing trainers, conducting weekly training reviews, selling personal training programs, maintaining an organized schedule, and customer service for all members.

Duties:

- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals and fitness levels

- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on form and body mechanics

- Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement

- Provide education on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support overall wellness

- Collaborate with other trainers and fitness professionals to create a supportive team environment

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles

- Proficient in program design for various fitness levels and goals

- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients

- Sales skills to promote personal training services and upsell additional offerings

- Experience in group fitness instruction is a plus

- Background in physical education or sports coaching is beneficial

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
