```Overview:

WE ARE HIRING! We are looking to expand our family at the Space Coast and soon to be open Vero Beach locations! We are looking for fully certified, enthusiastic, and confident instructors who are hungry to teach in a state of the art Pilates studio. Our ideal candidates will be available nights (3pm-8pm) and weekends Saturday and/or Sunday (8am-3pm). We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and leading Pilates classes for clients of all fitness levels. If you have a strong background in Pilates and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Design and lead Pilates classes that cater to the needs and goals of clients

- Instruct clients on proper form, technique, and breathing during exercises

- Provide modifications and variations of exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities

- Create personalized exercise programs for individual clients

- Monitor and track client progress, providing feedback and encouragement

- Maintain a clean and organized studio space

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Pilates techniques

Requirements:

- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics

- Experience teaching Pilates classes to individuals or groups

- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate exercises to clients

- Knowledge of other fitness disciplines such as CrossFit, cycling, or dance is a plus

- Sales experience in the fitness industry is an advantage

Skills:

- Program design: Ability to create customized exercise programs based on client needs and goals.

- CrossFit: Knowledge of CrossFit principles and exercises.

- Fitness sales: Experience in selling fitness memberships or packages.

- Sports coaching: Background in coaching sports teams or individuals.

- Physiology knowledge: Understanding of human physiology and how it relates to exercise.

- Pilates: Proficiency in teaching various Pilates exercises and techniques.

- Cycle: Familiarity with indoor cycling workouts.

- Anatomy knowledge: Strong understanding of human anatomy and its application to exercise.

- Dance: Experience or knowledge of dance movements incorporated into fitness routines.

- Body mechanics: Understanding of proper body alignment and movement during exercise.
