La Belle French Bakery is a growing Retail and Wholesale bakery, focused on bringing authentic French pastries to the state of Colorado. Led by Chef Julien Renaut, all recipes are from scratch, using French methods to provide high quality items. We are looking for a driven individual to take on the role as a Baker in assistance to our Sous Chef in our Biscuiterie kitchen.
Qualifications/Preferred Skills
- Commercial kitchen experience:_ 1 year required_
- Knowledge of baking
- Ability to learn quickly
- Must be reliable
- Effective communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Lift 50lb bags of flour
- Knowledge on operating bakery equipment
- Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations

Full Job Description
You will be responsible as a baker for assisting the sous chef with performing production related to:
- Make / Bake Cookies
- Make / Bake Scones
- Make / Bake Gluten free pastries
- Make / Bake Quiches
- and much more
Responsibilities and duties as a baker assisting the sous chef but not limited to:
- Operating all bakery equipment such as mixers, oven, dough press
- Following all SOPs (including cleanliness SOPs)
- Adhering to kitchen cleanliness/organization standards
- Adhering to uniform requirements
- Meeting time frames / deadlines for all tasks
