ResponsibilitiesThe Automotive Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.

• Ensure sales goals are attained
• Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff
• Ensure sales people are engaging with customers
• Address and resolve customer concerns

Qualifications

• 2-3 Years as a Sales Desk Manager REQUIRED
• Previous Sub Prime Credit experience REQUIRED
• Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $144,00.00 to $180,000.00, which includes commissions on Department Net, and bonus opportunities such as Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, and Flat Rate Hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
