L0588 Priority Toyota Chesapeake is Hiring a Remote Customer Relations Manager

Dealership: L0588 Priority Toyota Chesapeake Customer Relations Manager This position is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the customer satisfaction rating for Priority Toyota Chesapeake's Sales and Service departments. Making necessary phone calls, emails, and following up on any customer satisfaction issues to best ensure the dealership is earning the highest level of satisfaction rating possible to continue earning recognition and funding from the manufacturer. Responsibilities: Meet and greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner. Supervisory experience a plus. Decision making experience regarding customer resolution. Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers. Able to overcome objections. Make daily follow up calls to customers who have sales and/or service situations in an attempt to resolve any concerns. Work closely with the service and sales team to ensure things run cohesively. Engage with customers waiting for their vehicles in the customer lounge. Follow all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Excellent time management skills Available on Saturday. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. Desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment. Ability to excel in a process driven environment.
