Qualifications: Prior Automotive Sales/ Sales experience REQUIRED Previous high line sales experience not required, but a PLUS The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships Excellent communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,560.00 to $121,200.00, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
