Role Overview: As the Receptionist at our dealership, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their experience with us. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our operations run smoothly, supporting our sales and service departments with your exceptional organizational skills and customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership. Manage incoming calls, provide accurate information and direct calls to appropriate departments. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area that reflects our dealership's professionalism. Assist with scheduling service appointments and providing customers with information about our services. Support administrative tasks for the sales and service teams as needed. We're Looking For: A friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented individual. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a receptionist or cashier role is a plus, but not mandatory. A team player who values collaboration and can contribute to a positive workplace culture.
