Position:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Plaintiff's Attorney with a focus on representing individuals impacted by mesothelioma. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic legal team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients who have been affected by asbestos exposure.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mesothelioma litigation preferred
- Background in Medical Malpractice, Construction Defect, Product Liability, and Premises Liability will be considered
- Strong advocacy skills and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
