We are seeking 2 full time Area Managers for our South Florida locations. Each Area Manager will oversee the clinics in their Area and be responsible for the operations, revenue, clinic maintenance, quality consistency, and ongoing training & development. 

One Area Manager will manage Kendall, Coral Gables, Hialeah, Bay Harbor, and Miami Beach.

One Area Manager will manage Hollywood, Plantation, Sunrise, and West Palm Beach.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Oversee day to day operations to ensure efficiency of all locations in designated Area

• Use critical thinking skills to make autonomous decisions that would benefit the company

• Inspect locations regularly to evaluate clinic maintenance, display, and staff performance 

• Create and implement new operational standards within scope and budget

• Identify employee related issues, resolve, offer solutions and communicate outcomes to Human Resources

• Work with HR to recruit, hire, train, and retain employees

• Work with Scheduling Admin. To determine staffing adequacy and needs 

• Maintain constant communication with Shift Leads

• Offer consultation and professional guidance to Shift Leads

• Liaise with Upper Management, and create reports for CEO

• Lead new business initiatives and act as positive reinforcement for change management

• Compare cash against cash transaction reports and deposit to bank

• Minimize cost of labor by reviewing schedules

• Reinforce processes and procedures and reports disciplinary actions to HR
  

Qualifications

• 2 years Management experience required
• Experience managing employees over several locations is required
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
• Self starter
• Excellent follow up skills
• Desire to grow with the company
