Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

o Reading and understanding of engineering drawings, work instructions, schematics, and other technical documents.

o Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation installation requirements and techniques

o Knowledge to set and align structural assemblies, gas filters, vessels, and install bolted piping systems.

o Knowledge to install cable support systems (tray, conduit, clips, unistrut), cable forming during cable installation, glanding and termination of electrical cables, installation of instruments and devices, how to route, cut and form tubing as well as assist in electrical testing.

o Knowledge of instrumentation tubing takeoff, bending, and installation

o Follow documented procedures and standard work to perform safe and defect free operations

o Assembly and installation piping. Responsibilities including alignment, levelling, squaring, and bolt-up of piping and/or spool runs.

o Use of forklifts, pallet jacks, rigging equipment, and move and position work pieces

o Cross-train and flex across functions based on development and business needs

Required Qualifications:

o Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a production environment working on above-mentioned tasks

o Ability to work overtime to support production demands

Desired Qualifications:

o One (1) to three (3) years of Electrical Assembly experience

o One (1) to three (3) years of Instrumentation Assembly experience

• One (1) to three (3) years of Mechanical Assembly experience

• Completion of a technical vocational program (minimum of 9 months)

• Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation requirements and techniques

o One (1) to three (3) years of Pipe Assembly experience
