```Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records - Verify data by comparing it to source documents - Update existing data and perform regular data backups - Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested - Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy - Assist with data collection and analysis as needed - Generate reports and prepare presentations using Excel and other office software - Transcribe, format, and proofread documents as necessary Experience: - Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role - Proficient in using databases, Excel, and other office software - Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Basic math skills for data calculations and analysis - Familiarity with systems for data entry and retrieval - Ability to type at least 50 words per minute - Experience working with pivot tables is a plus If you are detail-oriented, have strong computer skills, and enjoy working with data, we encourage you to apply for this position.
