Wakefield Development, a regional developer of single family, multifamily and build for rent real estate, is looking for a Land Development Manager to lead our and grow our Raleigh office.
Based in Raleigh, NC the Land Development Manager will focus on advancing Wakefield Development’s middle North Carolina market. Wakefield Development owns multiple development parcels that can accommodate new residential development and are actively expanding their portfolio in this market. Working collaboratively with the land acquisition and construction team, the successful candidate will take leadership and ownership for the execution of development initiatives with the goal of maximizing value creation and enhancing the sales appeal of our new communities.
