Garden Street Communities (GSC) is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded candidate for the role of Director of Land Acquisition and Development covering the Wilmington, North Carolina Region. The purpose of the role is to develop profitable, quality communities.
The position is a hands-on role that requires you to find and purchase land and manage the entire land development cycle, including: sourcing land, assembling professional teams (surveyors, engineers, Geotech, environmental) entitling the land, managing design and permitting, managing construction to deliver final platted lots.
This role is different.
