Service Counter Clerk

Job Summary: The Service Counter Clerk is responsible for receiving returned merchandise from customers and issuing refunds, exchanges, or store credits as appropriate. This position is also responsible for screening phone calls, greeting customers as they enter the store and answering any questions customers may have while at the service counter.

Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule: Varied Shift Times

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience
