Retail Supervisor (Key Holder)

Job Type: Full-Time Hours, Varied Shift Times

Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience.

Job Summary: The Retail Supervisor (Key Holder) is a member of the store management team and supports the Store Manager in the leadership and management of store staff and daily operations. This position will have supervisory responsibility and will ensure that the store operates in an effective and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail/customer service - preferably at a supervisory capacity
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations
• Knowledge of the principals of management and leadership to include: staffing, employee relations, employee development, training, and performance management
• Ability to temporarily train at one of our existing locations is required. Travel and housing expenses during the training period will be covered by L&M Supply.
