Auto & Small Engine Shop Supervisor - Up to $1500 Sign-on Bonus!

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm & every other Saturday (with a day off during the week)

Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience

Job Summary: The Shop Supervisor will plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all activities related to the Automotive & Small Engine Shop operations at our Rhinelander retail store. This position will work closely with store management as well as senior management to develop, enhance, and implement shop practices and procedures that are consistent with the strategic direction that L&M Supply has for its shop operations. This position will have supervisory responsibility for the staff members assigned to the shop and will ensure that the repair shop operates in an effective and efficient manner.

• Knowledge of efficient and effective shop operations
• Prior supervisory experience in a work setting
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to adhere to workplace and shop safety rules
• Proficient computer skills
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of retail operations
