With Pride, we make public spaces friendly and vibrant for the communities we serve.
Job Summary: Provides shuttle and transportation services while offering exceptional customer service and hospitality.
Essential Functions: 
Transport Shuttle Passengers: shuttle passengers may be commuters to downtown businesses, visitors from out of town, or the homeless.
Observe and Report: while on driving routes through the district drivers will be watchful for unwanted behaviors or criminal activity and report to Safety Ambassadors via two-way radios. Must be able to articulate an accurate description of persons, vehicles, and other similar identifiers.
Hospitality and Customer Service: While driving passengers will go out of the way to actively acknowledge passengers with a friendly greeting or identify visitors in order to provide directions, information, city information or recommendations.
Reporting: must be able to provide written reports of routes, destinations, number of passengers and basic daily reports of accomplishments and tasks completed.
