L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele, the world-renowned Neapolitan Pizzeria and Taverna, will soon debut in the heart of New York, bringing to the audience an honest, authentic, and full of life hospitality experience. 

We are looking for experienced Pizzaiolo that have a strong passion for Pizza and an eagerness to learn more.
The ideal candidate is responsible, self-motivated, and devoted to becoming an integral member of a team that values hard work and attention to every detail.

What you’ll do:

Display a complete knowledge of all ingredients and preparation used on the Pizza menu.
Follow all relevant food health and safety guidelines, maintaining hygiene and safety standards at all times Maintain a workstation that is both clean and organized.
Promote teamwork and excellence amongst the Pizzeria team.
Communicate with the head Pizzaiolo and wait staff to ensure the timely delivery of all meals.
Demonstrate an eagerness to continually learn and grow.

What we need from you:

2 years as a Pizzaiolo
Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
NY Food Handler Certificate
