Position Title : Business Process Analyst I
Location: Olathe, KS
Onsite role
Duties:
- Manage inquiries that come in through a centralized tool
- Complete training requests in learning management system (examples include: creating scheduled offerings, closing offerings, assisting with enrollment)
- Assist in creation of team presentations and communications (PPT, video, etc).
- Support in creating marketing materials to promote training opportunities
- Support continuous improvement, maintain optimization tools & resources
- Present information to dealers in small groups
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills & Experiences:
- 1-3 years of Administrative or Accountant support experience
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects
- Responsive to quick turnarounds
- Intermediate level with MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- BA- Business management/Accounting/ related field
