KwiKom Communications is Hiring a Network Technician Near Iola, KS

KwiKom is seeking a network technician who is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer networks within the organization. Network technician ensures the smooth operation of network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and communication links.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and installing computer networks, connections, and cabling
  • Troubleshooting system failures and identifying roadblocks in the network
  • Fixing problems in LAN infrastructure and testing and configuring software
  • Maintaining and repairing hardware including peripheral devices
  • Evaluating network performance to improve the network.
  • Scheduling upgrades and maintenance without interrupting business workflow.
  • Providing technical direction and giving training to coworkers about network systems
  • Working with vendors to get needed equipment for the networks and systems.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with network and system efficiency to implement network solutions.
  • 0-2 years in Experience in related field
  • Understanding of how to install and configure network equipment.
