As the leader of the Inside Sales Representative team, you will play a vital role in the continued stability and growth of our organization. Here’s your opportunity to join and grow with a company that’s rapidly changing the digital landscape.

Duties:

• Oversee the daily management of all inbound sales representatives.
• Analyze call volumes, lead counts, department needs, and business demand to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of issued leads.
• Cultivate relationships with sales leadership to improve and sustain lead quality, with the ability to adjust based on local performance.
• Forecast expansion and anticipate potential hurdles preventing the company from hitting lead targets.
• Develop and implement processes to improve outputs of the entire team.
• Conducts reviews of direct reports to ensure performance standards are met and, if not, takes immediate action to improve performance level.

Experience:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and SalesForce
• 2 years' experience in a role managing 10 people, preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
