Kwan Wo Ironworks Inc. is a steel contractor offering high quality construction service to owners and builders in the Bay Area. We are looking for a Receiving Clerk who lives in California USA to join our growing, dynamic team.
The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for handling all materials requests from different departments, assists the buyer to perform sourcing & procurement.
*Not a Remote Position*
Bilingual - Chinese/English is required
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Follows all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures.
· Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between materials and invoices.
· Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
· Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.
