Job Description:
As the first point of contact, you will embody our company's ethos, providing a warm, professional welcome to clients and agents alike. Your role will extend beyond traditional reception duties, incorporating innovative marketing and design responsibilities that play a crucial role in how our brand is perceived and experienced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
• Create engaging marketing materials using tools like Canva to support our sales and marketing efforts.
• Oversee and update our Google Business profile and Facebook pages, ensuring accurate and appealing content.
• Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, enhancing our fun-loving, community-focused culture.
• Provide administrative support to our team, contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
• Learn the ropes of the real estate business, gaining valuable insights that could pave the way for future career advancement within the industry.
