Job Summary:
We are seeking Student Success Specialist to join our team. The Student Success Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the education to the youth in the Middle College program. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft office products. The ability to work with diverse populations, and a passion for helping others succeed.
This position will be working evenings and/or weekends.
Position Summary
Student Success Specialist will provide compassionate care to children and adolescents. Student Support Specialist are responsible for supervising youth at all time to ensure basic needs are being met to improve educational educational/treatment outcomes. They will assist youth through completions of daily living skills, activities, educational needs and responsibilities by modeling positive behavior and effective problem-solving techniques.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university degree om social services or related field.
Licensure/Certification: Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
Experience: Two or more years' experience working with teens and/or training in a related field.
