Kunes Auto Group was founded in 1996, when Gregg Kunes opened his first dealership in Delavan, Wisconsin. Since then, the Kunes family of dealerships has grown to over 40 current locations spanning across Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota.

Our Business Development Representative position is for a team member who can -

  • Show persuasive skill sets and has an enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to memorize sales techniques
  • Can easily develop rapport over the phone, in texts and emails
  • Can handle multitasking with outbound and inbound client requests and follow up as needed
  • With training be able to set, confirm and follow up on appointments for our customers
  • Be a self starter

Our team members main focus is to set appointments by promptly handling customer questions and concerns with inbound and outbound internet requests. We have an outstanding training team that will provide you with all the guidance you need to be successful.

We are looking for stars that are able to work in a team environment, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent typing skills and the ability to handle a fast paced culture. We love people that are willing to learn and have a great work ethic.

$17/Hourly pay plus monthly tier bonuses. Flexible scheduling is an option for the right team member!
