Requirements:Bachelor’s degree; a focus in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance is preferred1-3 years of work experience, with a working knowledge of the A/R functionProficiency in Excel; knowledge of Summit Formula and Index Match is a plusExperience leading teams or projectsLimited working proficiency in Spanish is prefereredStrong communication, influencing and team building skillsResponsibilities:Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and proceduresPerform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables dataPrepare sales orders, invoices, and bank depositsReconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all sales invoices and payments are accounted for and properly postedVerify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling customer accounts and monthly customer statementsFacilitate payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting branch managersGenerate reports detailing accounts receivable statusKnowledge of sales accounts and cost centers
