Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and targeting potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals. This position requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Identify and target potential customers in the market
- Conduct research and analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Present product information and demonstrate the value of our offerings to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms with customers to close sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales or technology sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
