Job Summary:
This position is for a full-time robotics trainer for KUKA Robotics located in Canada. As a trained KUKA expert, and integral member of our Customer Service department you will also be required to field service repairs during customer emergencies and/or when the KUKA college is not booked with students. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality Robotic/Automation Training Seminars for KUKA employees and customers on the programming, servicing and safety of KUKA Robotics machinery and equipment. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, leading, and moderating classroom discussions, administering and grading examinations. You will exercise independent judgment and discretion in the delivery of training and the improvement of existing training courses. You will participate in the development of new training programs to generate customer satisfaction and increase organizational profitability. Future mentorship of associate training instructors in the preparation and delivery of training courses will also be expected. You will participate in the field service and weekend rotation when there is no scheduled training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Delivers standardized and specialized training seminars with training curriculum created by headquarters including the communication of appropriate safety precautions for robot operation.
