Your Role You will have general responsibility for coordinating and leading daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be is Monday - Thursday, 5:00 pm - 3:30 am, plus overtime as needed. You will be paid weekly at a rate of $23.00 per hour plus a shift differential. Your Responsibilities
Make recommendations to the Warehouse Supervisor on processes to set up goals and improve operations
Operate material handling equipment
Lead a team of Warehouse Associates
Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment
Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program
Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped
Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations
Be available to work overtime and weekends
Your Skills And Experiences
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
Forklift operating experience
Basic technical and math skills
