Kuehne + Nagel is Hiring a Human Resources Generalist Near Locust Grove, GA
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process and conduct employee orientation
- Help organize training and development initiatives
- Support, create, and facilitate employee engagement programs
- Provide support to employees and resolve issues with HR-related topics
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Gather data to determine and analyze HR metrics
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
- Responsible for payroll
- Use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports and presentations
- Maintain local personnel files in electronic and paper form
- Work a typical schedule onsite Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, plus participate in a weekend rotation about once per month
- Be approachable, yet maintain professional decorum and HR etiquette while consistently demonstrating integrity, flexibility, sound judgment, and confidentiality
