Our Jamaica/Queens/New York branch is looking for a new Global Head Of Strategy to join their Air Logistics team. The salary for this role ranges between $215,000 and $220,000.

YOURROLE

The Global Head of Strategy- CGT and DTP develops and building the strategy for our cell, gene, and direct to patient produCGT and DTP. You will encompass close collaboration with the commercial operations directors, VPs, marketing, and the Senior VP of Commercial Operations, and their operations counterparts to develop and implement the strategy, both for response for information/proposals and marketing of the CGT and DTP produCGT and DTP. You will provide the management, operational controls, administrative/reporting procedures, and will mentor the team of people needed to grow this product vertical to achieve revenue and profit targets. #Li-Hybrid
YOURRESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet and surpass CGT AND DTP revenue sales targets, GP targets, and ensures annual budgets are met.
• Executive oversight/support for top CGT AND DTP accounts, supporting the regional BDs who are the account managers for these clients.
• Report to Senior VP Commercial Operations
• Provide expertise, guidance, and considered input to the marketing campaign throughout for our global CGT AND DTP product.
• Work with regional Commercial VPs to develop new service offerings for QuickSTAT, including a focus on commercial launch and bulk drug.
• Represent QuickSTAT at conferences, trade shows, seminars and workshops as a speaker.
• Chair and work with marketing and regional Commercial and Operational leadership team to create QuickSTAT
• Seminars and marketing events for the CGT AND DTP product.

YOURSKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• BS/BA is required or equivalent work experience
• MBA or a Master’s degree in a similar field/area
• 15 years experience in related industry
• 3 years experience in Finance/Operations Management
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods/Restricted Article Regulations
• 10 years experience building teams
