Southeast Division Territory- FL, GA, AL, NC, SC, VA, MD, KY, TN, MS BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION This role is responsible for the information and marketing to identify opportunities for growth within Sub-Compact, Compact, and Utility Tractor segments. This role is also responsible for supporting the product development in the specified segment. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:Provide information and data to the Sr. Field Operations Manager with insight and details on competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.Provide Product Marketing with plans on support needed to combat specific competitors in certain regions.Support product surveys for planned surveys working through the guidance of the Product Manager and KBT.Provide data on dealer’s engagement of Proven Practices and discover others that have not been identified.Support and attend trade shows, sales meetings, and dealer meetings to promote assigned product line by being the face of the product. This includes demonstrations, classroom trainings, presentations, and interviews with various media publications.Supportive role in customer survey process. Surveying will include customers and dealers for product requirements and market trends working with Product Development teams and Sales Divisions.Gather and analyze industry and competitive sales information to assist Product Marketing Department to achieve annual business plan objectives.Provide accurate data regarding health of product and issues that dealers and customers are experiencing.Other duties as assigned by management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, Communications (or related field preferred).Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in an Agricultural Machinery Business or a similar discipline.Knowledge: Basic knowledge of assigned product line / market, or ability to be trained rapidly.Mechanical aptitude including the ability to operate equipment within assigned product line and/or willingness to learn.Technology: Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint and the ability to quickly learn and use other software packages.Travel: Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.Possession of, or ability to obtain, a driver’s license. EQUIPMENT OPERATION: Equipment operation will consist of product demonstrations, trade show preparation, competitive comparisons, photo, or video shoots. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Typical office environment.
