Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage all diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and test tasks associated with the job
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Set up new equipment for customer delivery
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Advise the Service Manager, Service Advisor, and at times the Customer on the equipment repairs needed
• Operate tools and equipment in a safe manner

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for insurance
• Proven service experience/great mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand on your feet up to eight hours a day
• Great communication skills and problem-solving skills
• A technical degree is preferred but not required
