Job Description:

Springdale Tractor Co. is currently seeking an energetic and results-driven Outside Rental Salesperson to join our dynamic team. This fast-paced position is ideal for individuals who are committed to meeting customers' needs by identifying rental sales opportunities and providing top-notch customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Renting Short-Term Rental Equipment: Actively engage in making sales calls, both in person and by phone, to promote our rental services. Provide customers with detailed information about our products, including usage, pricing, and availability. Assist customers in locating the appropriate equipment for their specific job requirements. Explore new and innovative applications for our rental equipment to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Deliver outstanding customer service to cultivate long-lasting business relationships.
• Establishing New Rental Customers: Assist potential customers with the Credit Application process to establish new rental accounts. Proactively seek out opportunities to expand our customer base and grow rental revenue.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the equipment rental industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with rental equipment and its various applications is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work in the field 3 to 4 days a week.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
