Operations Supervisor

We are growing and have multiple contracts throughout NC from Asheville to Jacksonville and our Operations Supervisor is the key leader in leading our daily operations.

Requirements:
·Ability to work 40 hours a week on a rotating basis with the ability to work overtime as needed
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety
·Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
·Able to meet physical demands, including supervising the floor crew as needed
·Ability to multitask and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
·Able to take initiative and not be restricted by results
·High level of accuracy and attention to detail
·Must be able to work in a team environment

Duties:
·Supervise the daily activities of all employees throughout the Company
·Provide guidance, direction, and assistance to all employees
·Perform all functions, including but not limited to: assist in performance of routine janitorial/custodian, floor maintenance and lawn care services, supervision of the crew members and other regular employees to ensure that required services are performed in accordance contract specifications, and performance of other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
