Job Description Summary:

Krystal Biotech, Inc is seeking a highly motivated Materials Coordinator. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for inventory management as well as provide general support to the manufacturing and laboratory teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory of warehouse materials
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Work with vendors and/or QA to reconcile issues
• Administrative duties
• General sanitation support
• Lifting and loading of boxes and other materials up to 40lbs

Requirements & Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 years relevant industry experience, or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, experience in a GMP or lab setting a plus
• Highly self-motivated, flexible, proactive, able to follow through in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment, and proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• A demonstrated understanding of inventory management and vendor maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with many different types of personalities at all levels of the organization
• A demonstrated self-starter who regularly takes initiative
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
