• Performs technical advanced-level accounting, applying appropriate principles, practices, and procedures when recording, maintaining, adjusting, and balancing financial records.
• Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.
• Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
• Coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting software systems; recommends updates to enhance the accounting software.
• Develops and maintains spreadsheets, schedules, and reports to track, reconcile, and report financial information on special projects/programs.
• Abstracts or download data from established accounts, summary ledgers, and detail ledgers and prepares comprehensive, accurate, concise reports and financial schedules, including supporting documentation. 
• Prepares journal entries with sufficient supporting documentation to record activity into appropriate accounts, as required, after researching activity.
• Participates in the month end and year-end close process and procedures to prepare required schedules and reports.
• Edits and reviews financial transactions for accuracy and completeness; determines and prepares necessary adjustments.
• Perform financial analytics including variance analysis around the information disclosed in the internal and external reports/disclosures.
• Files tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.
• Performs multi-task duties on an “as assigned basis” associated with established deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong accounting background with a solid knowledge of US GAAP
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous and impeccable keen attention to detail

• Crypto Currency fund Experiences preferable
• CPA or CPA candidate a plus
