Krush Brau Park is Hiring an Event Sales Coordinator Near Kissimmee, FL

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling sponsorships, Catering opportunities, venue space, and organizing large groups to attend the portal, biergarten or park. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell venue space, sponsorships, and catering opportunities to potential clients
  • Work with clients to understand their event needs and develop creative solutions to meet those needs
  • Manage event logistics, including booking and coordinating vendors, scheduling deliveries, and setting up event spaces
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within the budget
  • Manage event timelines, ensuring that all aspects of the event are executed in a timely manner
  • Oversee event staff and vendors, ensuring that they are performing their duties effectively
  • Handle customer service inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales and event planning process
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution
  • Conduct site visits and tours with potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Track and report on event metrics, including attendance, revenue, and expenses
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that events are innovative and successful

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination
  • Proven track record of successful event planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools, such as Eventbrite and Trello
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required
