Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to provide product information and assist with purchases
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Experience:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic math for processing transactions
- Ability to work with stock inventory and conduct inventory checks
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage customer interactions and follow-ups
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Experience in jewelry sales or related field is beneficial
