We’re growing again and seek A-Players to add to the team. Krause Law PLLC is a boutique federal law firm that delivers high impact legal representation to veterans fighting for benefits and other remedies against the federal government.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with our team effectively (we’re great to work with!)
• Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week – Business Hours (CST)
• 70% of all job communications is via email
• Accept new cases from clients and process them into our system
• Conduct initial intake of potential clients as first point of contact
• On-board new clients while building trust and rapport
• Detailed and thorough tracking of each case phase
• Organize and review medical records and expert opinions
• Communicate with medical and vocational experts as needed
• Act as the face of Krause Law Firm, PLLC using outstanding client communication skills, critical thinking to resolve issues, and above all, manage the caseload with ACCURACY and meet case deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Veteran Disability Claims is a HOME RUN
• Exceptional ATTENTION TO DETAIL and an ability to FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS with precision, accuracy and conscientiousness is CRITICAL TO JOB SUCCESS.
• 3 years work in case management/paralegal in the legal fields of medical malpractice, personal injury, veterans’ disability, or similar
• 2- or 4-year degree who likes to learn, write, and edit a huge plus
• Inside or retail sales experience at any point in career
• Experience with WordPress, Canva and other online content programs
• Proficiency with case management systems

Hours & Pay Schedule

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. Daytime hours are required Monday through Friday CST, but some work can be completed outside business hours. Final schedule and pay determined on an individual basis.
