Job Description:

Kratos Defense is seeking a qualified candidate to support the Navy’s OPNAV N81 Division. The Program Analyst will assist N81 with the liaison and communication with other Navy organizations that have responsibilities in the OPNAV PPBE process.

Job responsibilities include:

• Have experience serving in the Navy or within the OPNAV staff.
• Provide a wide array of analytical, professional, and administrative services in support of the OPNAV N81 mission.
• Have familiarity with programming languages such as Python and R.
• Have familiarity with Data Analysis and Data Visualization tools and techniques. ·
• Have familiarity with one of the following Navy programs: Ship and Submarine; Aviation; Expeditionary Warfare; Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR); Operations and Maintenance; and Manpower.
• Assist the N81 staff with the development and implementation procedures to collect, evaluate, and devise analytical strategies to meet the programmatic priorities of the DoD, Secretary of the Navy, Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), the Fleet, and Fleet Combatant Commanders.
• Support analytical studies and strategic guidance that enable senior Navy leadership to allocate limited resources to expansive requirements and comprehend complex relationships between funding and programmed outputs.
• Provide support for all division and branch efforts to determine factors that result in Afloat Readiness, Shore/Infrastructure Readiness, Military Manpower, and related accounts.

Required Experience:

The successful candidate will have:

• SECRET Clearance – Required for hire
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, math or science or a related field.
• A minimum of five years’ professional experience. Experience within the Navy or on the OPNAV staff is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
