CTT, a Kratos' company, is looking for an Mechanical Assembler 1 to work onsite at their San Jose location.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Performs a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Works under supervision.
- Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
- Follows methods and sequence of operations in performing one or more of the following: wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding and fitting on assembly units.
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- Applies aquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
None.
Required Experience:
- Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the assigned duties.
- Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements.
- Communicate and interact effectively with peers, supervisors, and public, including maintaining respect for others, and following company policies.
- Have a willingness and ability to learn and utilize company technology for company required purposes, including, for example training, reviewing and signing policies and procedures, benefits enrollment and changes, and more.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma.
- Office and lab environment.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones).
