Kratos Defense and Rocket Support Services is currently seeking a Data Scientist - Subject Matter Expert in Huntsville, Alabama.

The Data Scientist (SME) serves as data SME when designing, developing, or optimizing data driven solutions and applications. Data mining: extending organization's data with third party sources of information when required; enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems; processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis; conducting ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner; creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance. Understand machine learning techniques and algorithms; experience with common data science toolkits, data visualization tools, proficient in using query languages such as SQL; applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.; scripting and programming skills.

Required Skills and Education:

• 15 years relevant exp and BS degree (MS Preferred)
• Active Secret Clearance required (TS Preferred)
