Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the team and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct recruiting, training, and performance evaluations for team members
- Manage cash register operations and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Drive sales through effective merchandising strategies
