KPOST Company, the official Roofing & Waterproofing Company of the Dallas Cowboys, is looking for a Roofing Service Foreman The preferred candidate will have 2 or more years commercial and residential roofing experience or Comparable Construction experience with roofing background.

Service Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Performing service calls, leak repairs, and maintenance following job specifications and safety requirements including small repairs of low-sloped roof systems such as TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM, and grease containment
• Ensuring quality craftsmanship and articulate communication with clients
• Completing all reporting documents via tablet and/or smartphone
• Diagnose and troubleshoot roofing issues, such as leaks, punctures, and damaged flashing.
• Replace or repair damaged roofing materials, including membranes, shingles, insulation, and flashings.
• Document findings and outlining the condition of the roof and recommended repair or maintenance actions.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards and make recommendations for corrective measures.
• Gather and organize the necessary materials, tools, and equipment for each assigned job.
• Efficiently execute work orders, adhering to project specifications, industry standards, and company policies.
• Communicate with customers professionally and courteously, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs.
• Provide clear explanations of work performed and recommendations for further actions or maintenance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, respecting the customer's property and minimizing disruption.
• Accurately record and document all service activities, including repairs, materials used, and time spent on each project/scope of work/work order.
• Prepare detailed reports and work summaries to be submitted to the Service Manager or Project Manager or Stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Service Administrator to ensure proper documentation and timely invoicing.

Job Requirements:

• Possessing a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing installation, repair, or maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and repair techniques.
• Proficient in using various roofing tools, equipment, and safety procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
