KPI is looking for an experienced Sr. Solutions Manager whose primary role will be to lead our solution creation by mentoring a team of highly capable Solutions Engineers to ensure the right solution for our clients, every time. This role contributes to enabling KPI’s success by elevating our client facing skills, our ability to quickly come to the correct solution for the client, driving Sales win % by evaluating company’s key performance metrics, increasing communication across internal business units and optimizing the economics of KPI’s business.
· Mentor and grow capabilities of Solution Managers and Solution Engineers to improve design and ideation of client solutions.
· Support training and quality reviews for Solutioning team.
· Develop ROI strategies for vertical market solutions and for client specific solutions.
· Analyze client’s business down to the DNA level from their available data and understand the design criteria necessary to provide an intelligent solution for their needs.
· Apply results of data analysis and understanding of our client’s business to develop efficient processes, including layouts, workstations, storage medias, material handling systems, etc.
· Develop capital plans involving appropriate automation, MHE equipment, etc. including scheduling, resource planning and budgeting.
· Work closely with a client’s leadership and/or operations team to help provide solutions to increase productivity and accuracy. The communication and presentation of these solutions are a critical aspect of this role.
· Serve as subject matter expert for engineering related areas such as ergonomics, MOST rate analysis, best practices, and operator safety.
· Work closely with Supply Chain Services Leadership and Client Account Executives to make sure
Solutions Teams designs are aligned to client’s goals.
· Conduct WMS and LMS software comparisons and present results to clients as part of their design solutions.
