Responsibilities of our entry-level Customer Service and Sales Representative:

• Initiate and create a relationship with each customer account
• Drive sales results by delivering a top-notch and elevated customer experience
• Achieve all productivity goals through successful negotiation and upselling tactics
• Act as a product knowledge expert and always lead sales interactions with product features and benefits, not discounts
• Provide customer support and answer any questions asked in a professional manner

Requirement for our next entry-level Customer Service and Sales Representative:

• An associate’s Degree is highly recommended, but not required

• 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, OR equivalent entry-level position is required
